Coverage and Cost Change Yearly
Your Medicare Health and/or Prescription Drug Plan could change on how much it cost and what is covered yearly.
Your Medicare Health and/or Prescription Drug Plan can stay the same, but your health or financial state may have changed.
Be sure to review your plan each year to make sure it still meets you needs. If you are satisfied with you coverage, you don’t need to change plans.

When can I change my Medicare Health Plan?
You can change your Medicare Health or Prescription Drug Plan November 15, 2010 to December 31, 2010 for 2011.

When will my Changes take Effect?
New coverage begins if you switched or joined a plan on January 1, 2011.
New cost and coverage also begins on January 1, 2011 if you keep you r existing coverage.

What if my Health or Drug Plan Leaves Medicare?
Health and Prescription Drug Plans can decide not to participate in Medicare for the coming year. Your plan will send you a letter if it leaves Medicare or stops providing coverage in your area.
